Little did he know that this decision would set him on a remarkable trajectory of success. Within a few years, Rishabh's dedication and passion for the organization led to his appointment as the head of AIESEC in India. At an astonishingly young age of 23, he found himself in a position of leadership, overseeing the operations of a global organization and gaining invaluable insights from industry stalwarts like Adi Godrej and Deepak Parekh. This early achievement not only expanded his horizons but also fueled his ambition to conquer new frontiers.
Following his stint with AIESEC, Rishabh's thirst for growth and exploration led him to embrace entrepreneurship. In 2008, he ventured to Malaysia, where he joined a dynamic company specializing in personal development content for international markets. This experience provided Rishabh with a wealth of knowledge and a broader perspective on business opportunities. However, it was the realization of his family's struggling textile business back in India that truly shaped his entrepreneurial path.
Driven by the desire to revive his family's textile business, Rishabh made a pivotal decision to step into the world of entrepreneurship. The mounting debt, which had swelled to over Ruppess 4 crore, propelled him to take charge and turn the tide in his family's favor. In 2009, Rishabh embarked on a journey to establish his own ventures, drawing upon the wealth of experience he had gained from AIESEC and his time in Malaysia.
Rishabh's entrepreneurial spirit took flight as he delved into two distinct business ventures. Building upon his previous connection in Malaysia, he conceptualized an early education program for India, which he entrusted to a close friend while he pursued an MBA at the Indian School of Business. Simultaneously, Rishabh explored other avenues to leverage his skills and passion, establishing himself as a driven entrepreneur.
